 ARTS HIGH SCHOOL:  (Basketball, Boys & Girls) (new directions as of 1996):
 G.S. Parkway Exit 144; at 1st light (14th Ave) make a right.  Go approx. 2 1/2 miles to the end (Jones St.) and make a left.  At 1st light (So. Orange Ave) make a right.  Stay on So. Orange Ave until Springfield Ave. merge.  Keep to the right at merge and make 1st right at the next light (Martin Luther King Blvd.)(St. Benedicts HS on the corner) just past the next light is Arts H.S. on left.  Gym is located in the building addition.  Enter 2nd Main Entrance.  Parking is available opposite 1st Main Entrance in the church lot across the street.  Please park in the rear of the lot.

 Branch Brook Park (Cross Country, Tennis Courts):
 *Via G.S. Pkwy, Exit 145 to Rt. 280 E.; take exit lanes to First Street, Newark; end of ramp at light, make a left (First Street).  Go 2 lights to Park Avenue, make right.  Go approx. 25 yds. and right again into the park - at stop sign bear left - stay straight on Park Road for 1.6 miles -- Cross Country is off to the left, near brown house up on the hill; -- Tennis Courts are one-quarter mile further up (just past light) on right hand side.

 Weequahic Park:  (Baseball/Softball)
 G.S. Pkwy Exit 143A, make left onto Union Blvd.  Go approx. 1/4 mile and make a left onto Lyons Ave.  Stay on Lyons Ave. to the end (approx. 2 1/2 miles).  Make a left onto Elizabeth Ave.  Go 1/2 mile to Meeker Ave. then make a right.  Take 1st right turn into Weequahic Park.  Baseball fields are 1/4 mile on your left.  Softball fields are further down (approx. 1 mile on the left).

 Branch Brook Park (Middle):  (Girls Softball)
 G.S. Parkway Exit 145 to Route 280 East.  Take exit lanes to First Street (Newark).  At the end of the ramp at the light make a left onto First Street.  Go 2 lights to Park Ave. and make a right.  Make the next quick right turn into Branch Brook Park.  Once in the park, stay left and make a left turn.  Go approx. 1 mile and just before 2nd overpass turn right into the Parking Lot.  The field is on the right.

 School Stadium:  (TRACK AND BASEBALL)
 *Via Rt. 78 to GS Pkwy North, Exit 148.  At end of exit ramp (after toll) make right onto Bloomfield Ave.  Stay on Bloomfield Ave for approx. one and one-half miles.  Stadium is on right hand side (Biase's Restaurant opposite side), located at the corner of Bloomfield Ave and Roseville Ave.
 *Via Rt. 280 - exit First Street, Newark; at exit light make left, go 2 lights and make left (Park Ave).  Go 2 lights to Roseville Ave.  Make right.  Travel 5 lights to Bloomfield Avenue - Stadium on left side corner.

 Unterman Field: (Outdoor Track)
 *Via G.S. Pkwy South, exit 143B.  At exit make left (Union Ave.).  Go approx. one-half mile to Chancellor Ave.  Make another left.  (Follow directions from Chancellor Ave above).

NJ Turnpike to exit 14A, Bayonne.  Pay toll and follow signs fro Avenue E. Proceed on Avenue E and turn right onto 29th Street.  Stay on 29th Street all the way to the end, which will be Avenue A.  Turn left onto Avenue A and make your first right into the school complex.  (NOTE:  Buses may unload at the second set of doors on the left, but MUST PARK at the Football Stadium Parking lot at the very bottom of the school complex, on the waterfront.)

Softball - at CLAREMONT FIELD, Park Lane, Bernardsville:  follow directions to high school, but do not turn right on Church St.  Instead, go to center of Bernardsville and turn right at light (sign points to Mendham).  You are on Anderson Rd.  Take first left (Mine Mount Rd), go approx. 1/2 block and turn left on Park Lane.  Field is at end of Park Lane.

*Roxiticus Golf Club:  Follow directions to high school, but do not turn right on Church St., instead go to center of Bernardsville and turn right at light (sign points to Mendham).  You are on Anderson Rd., which becomes Mendham Rd.  Approx. 3 miles from center of Bernardsville, turn left on Bliss Rd. (sign is obscure - Bliss is 2nd left after Pfizer Rd.)  Entrance to Club is approx. 3/4 mile in on right.

to SOMERSET HILLS YMCA, Mt. Airy Road, Basking Ridge:
287S to exit 26B, Bernardsville.  Turn right at end of ramp, bear right at light staying on Mt. Airy Rd.  YMCA is approx. 300 yds. up on right.

Firemen's Field:  Soccer  --  Rt. 280 West to 80 West, take Rt. 287 North to EXIT 44 (Main St./Boonton).  Make a sharp left at end of ramp onto Lathrop Ave.  Pass Boonton HS and continue on Lathrop Ave.  Pass John Hill School on the right.  Pass The Firemen's Home on the right and the field is immediately after it below the rock wall.

 John Hills School (Field Hockey, Softball Varsity on lower field, JV on upper field):   Rt. 280 W to 80 West, take Route 287 North to Exit 45 (Wooton St).  Go straight off the exit ramp to the stop sign.  At the stop sign, turn right onto Wooton Street.  At the end, turn right onto Lathrop Avenue.  John Hill School is ahead on the left.

The Tourne:  Cross-Country  --  Rt. 280 W to 80 West, take Route 287 North to Exit  44 (Main St./Boonton).  Continue straight ahead at the end of the ramp onto Lathrop Avenue.  At the T-Stop turn right onto Main St.  Go up the hill through Boonton.  Once road levels, pass Grace Lord Park on left.  Continue on.  When road splits and Edwards Supermarket is on the right, bear to the right.  Pass Del's Village Shoppping Center on the right.  At the T-Stop turn right onto Powerville Rd.  The entureance is a few yards up on the left.

Golf  played at DEER RUN GOLF CLUB, 1 Gettysburg Way, Lincoln Park (973-694-3134):  From GRHS turn left onto Bloomfield Ave.; bear right onto Pomtpon Ave. (Hwy 23 N), follow as road goes into Hwy 23 North, follow as it bears left; then bear right onto US 202 South; turn sharply left onto Chapel Hill Rd., turn right onto Pine Brook Rd. to club.  (total trip approx 24 min.)

Lacrosse Field:  Bloomfield Avenue West, through center of Caldwell, down hill, look for 711 on left, then make 2nd right onto Dodd St.  Go to stop sign make a right onto Ravine Ave.  Make 1st left into parking lot.

(Freshman Baseball) Grover Cleveland Middle School -Bloomfield Ave. into center of Caldwell; on left will be a Texaco station, get to the left side of the Texaco station – ACADEMY ROAD (parallel with Bloomfield Ave.); Grover Cleveland Middle School will be on the left, field is behind the school.

(Freshman Soccer) Essex Valley School: 

Bloomfield Ave. through Caldwell Center; go straight to Passaic Ave., at light make a right; to next light make left onto Clinton; 2nd light make right onto Henderson; field on right.

Lacrosse Field:  (old Harrison School, now Administration Building)
Rt. 280 West to Exit 6B (Laurel Ave.); keep right at end of ramp.  Go to 1st light (Eagle Rock Ave.)  Turn left.  Go down hill approx. 1 mile to fork, bear right. Go to light (Roseland Ave.)  Turn right.  Go to end of road to Bloomfield Ave.  Make a left onto Bloomfield Ave.  Go thru 4 lights (at 4th light there will be a 7011 on left) then make 2nd right (after 4th light) onto Dodd St. Go to stop sign make a right onto Ravine Ave.  Make 1st left into parking lot.

Directions to Bonnel Field:  FROM BLOOMFIELD AVENUE; TRAVELING WEST;  Take Bloomfield Avenue.  Pass through Verona.  Enter Caldwell. Travel through the Caldwell Center.  About a mile and a half into Caldwell, there will be a Seven-Eleven on your left and a light.  Turn left at the light onto Lane Avenue.  Travel four blocks on Lane and turn right onto Woodmere Road.  The first part of Woodmere Road is a residential road then it becomes part of Caldwell High School Campus.

CEDAR GROVE MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL,  Rudby Rd, Cedar Grove, NJ (239-6400)

 To High School for Football, Basketball, Soccer, Var. Baseball, Track - Up Bloomfield Ave., turn right onto Rt. 23 (Pompton Ave), 4 traffic lights make a right onto Ridge Road (past Newberry's).  Go down Ridge Road through one light (at Bradford Road) turn left on Rugby Rd. which leads into back parking lot.  (For night contests see directions for Cedar Grove Community Park.)

 J.V. Baseball, Freshman Baseball - Ridge Road School is located approx. 1/2 mile past high school traveling north on Ridge Road on your left hand side.

 Var. & JV Softball (JV Soccer) - at L.R. Parks Elementary School, on right on Rt. 23 in the cent of town opposite Town Hall and Police Station.

 For Cross Country, Field Hockey, Tennis - Cedar Grove Community Park - Route 23 North to Industrial Village (Presbyterian Church on corner) and turn right.  Go to bottom of hill and make a right turn on Little Falls Road.  Little Falls Road will run you directly into the park site.

 Golf - The Meadows Golf Course, Lincoln Park.

 South End School:  (Freshman Girls) Bloomfield Ave. to Rt. 23 North; through Verona, Cedar Grove, pass Pilgrim Shopping Center; LEFT onto HARPER TERRACE, up three streets, school set back on right side (Fox Road). 

North End:  from 23N go to Stevens Ave., make a right or left - go down 3 or 4 short streets and make a left onto driveway at N.E. School.   

Cedar Grove Tennis Courts:  Rt. 23 North to Friar Tuck / Lazyboy Furniture Store; turn RIGHT onto Little Falls Rd., follow for approx. 2 ½ miles, pass old courts on right to outdoor basketball courts on left, to new tennis courts.

Take Garden State Pkwy to Exit 142 / Rt. 78 (just before Union Toll Booth), take Rt. 78 West to Rt. 24 West to exit 7B (Chatham).  Turn left at the 5th traffic light (Lafayette Ave.).  Travel one mile on Lafayette Ave. to the high school on your left.

Cougar Field:  (Boys Soccer, Football, Track, Boys Lacrosse):  Follow the above directions to high school to intersection of Watchung Ave./Shunpike Rd. and Lafayette Ave.  Turn right onto Shunpike Road westboudn to Cougar Field which is about 1/2 mile ahead on the right.

Chatham Middle School / Haas Field:  Main St. & Rt. 24, (Girls Soccer, Girls Lacrosse, JV Baseball)
Take Garden State Pkwy to Exit 142 / Rt. 78 (just before Union Toll Booth), take Rt. 78 West to exit 48 to Rt. 24 West to exit 7B (Chatham), make slight right onto Main St.  Go through five traffic lights.  On the right, just past the fifth light is the entrance to Chatham Middle School.  (approx. 20 mins.)

Chatham Borough Tennis Courts: (Boys and Girls Tennis):  Follow the above directions to Haas Field at Chatham Middle School.  The tennis courts are to the left of the school

Colony Tennis Courts, Colony Pool : (Boys and Girls Tennis): Follow the above directions to the high school.  Continue on Lafayette Ave. past the high school.  The sceond street on the right after the high school is Spring St.  Turn right.  The courts are about 1/4 mile on the right.

Lum Ave Field:  Main St., 4th light make left onto Fairmont Ave., under bridge, Police Station on right; field behind Police Station, go around block to get to it.

Shunpike Road Field:  Follow directions to Cougar Field.  Continue along Shunpike Road through traffic light at Noe Avenue.  Approx. 1/2 mile on left will be Shunpike Road Field.

 Sheppard-Kollack Park:  At the eastern end of Chatham Borough on Rte. 124 turn onto Parrot Mill Rd. and then take left onto Henderson Rd. which leads into Park.

 Fairmont Country Club (Golf):  Follow the above directions to the high school.  Continue past high school to end of Lafayette Ave.  Turn right onto Southern Blvd.  The country club is about 1/2 mile down the road on the right.

CHIMNEY ROCK ICE RINK:  Take Rt. 287 South to Rt. 22 East (exit from Rt. 287 is on left lane).  Move to right lane of Rt. 22 Eastbound.  Immediately after large roadside business development sign, take a right turn and then first left into industrial area parking lot that leads to entrance to rink.
