Please join us as we read and discuss Mosaic of Thought by Ellin Oliver Keene  and Susan Zimmerman.  Let’s read and look at how students become thoughtful, independent readers who deeply understand what they read. The authors take us on a journey into the thought processes of proficient readers and encourage us to develop a new instructional paradigm focused on the resultant strategies.   Participants will receive a copy of the book in advance of our first meeting.  Participants will be responsible for reading the text and taking an active role in facilitating discussions of chapter highlights. Group limited to eight participants.
