If you are unable to access the internet or the server then:
High school:
A-Try restarting-If you are at the High School, make sure that you click 'OK' on the login screen. If you get an error "The tree or server could not be found" then try shutting down and turning it back on (not just restarting it).
B-: Make sure that none of the others are working either--If they are not then Click Here to place a work order.
